Home Preparation Agreement *
For the best quality photos, we request that listings are prepared before the appointment shoot. Please have everything placed neat and orderly, cars out of the driveway, and interior decluttered just as you’d like it to be seen in the final photos. Final photos will be charged the full rate regardless of any mess that may be visible or a $39 cancellation fee may incur for same-day cancellations.
